“Au pays de la Pomme Cythère” wins the Gourmand Award for “Best Asian Cuisine Cookbook in the World 2009”.
The beautiful cookbook offers authentic Khmer recipes, from mother to daughter, in French.
“It is a great honour to receive this award. We wrote this book to promote Khmer cuisine around the World. Working with my mother turned out to be a co-operation of love” said Kanika Linden, co-author of the book.
This year, more than 6 000 books, coming from 136 countries, entered the competition.
